Smart'Cuv® has two chambers separated by a sliding partition. When the partition is raised, liquids in the chamber will mix depending on their density. This may be caused by temperature, concentration or molecular properties.
Volumes of equal mass and equal volumes can be placed in Smart'Cuv® to measure displaced volumes. The narrrow profile of Smart'Cuv® magnifies the level changes.
Both simple and more comlex conductivity experiments can be done in Smart'Cuv. The fixed separation of electrodes and easy addition of solutes allows many variables to be studied. Copper and Zinc electrodes create a cell.
The small volume of Smart'Cuv is ideal for chomatography and the narrow profile supports the paper/plates vertically.
